My dealer thankfully has been helpful and has reached out to get answers. The Zone Manager and the Ordering Team had nothing to add. This is really starting to make me feel like a mushroom- being kept in the dark and fed shit.I believe for the most of us it's not the waiting that is frustrating. It's the not knowing the why. Just a little communication from Ford(corporate and our dealer) would go along way. We can handle the truth! As for the dealers out there saying they are in the dark like us, I have doubt. If they want to please the customer they would try a little harder to get the facts. They have a better line of communication than us the consumer\customer.
