My dealer isn't getting any info from their Rep so I called the Ford Customer Service Line. The only thing they could tell me is that the Bronco is affected by the Global semiconductor shortage. I let them know I didn't accept that answer since units built after mine are being shipped. She said she has escalated it and forwarded me over to the Marketing line who said once again the only info they have is that its still "In Production", and they told me to talk with the dealer. This whole process I've been pretty calm, but getting a build date and then seeing newer build dates get shipped and delivered before mine is pretty enraging.

Whats your tracker say?
So this morning my Tracker (which I have been checking at least 5 times a day for the past 3 weeks) said my Bronco was "built and awaiting shipment".....just as it has since 6/29. So now the tracker says it was delivered to my dealer. That delivery truck must have been hauling a$$ to make it 600 miles in less than 8 hours! :ROFLMAO:

My dealer didn't say if mine was delivered with the chip or not......wonder if they can swap the chip from my f150 into the bronco!

It's almost like they just don't want to tell one person the real reason, cause then all of us will know. I think those of us with a MIC top are starting to know the real reason for our delays in shipping with the whole bad roof debacle, and it's starting to be known outside the forums too.

Really disappointed in Ford that there hasn't been even the slightest attempt to reach out to us. Even an email saying they're having an issue. The lack of transparency is ridiculous. Couldn't imagine any other type of business not talking to their customers about what is going on. I have a 6/30 production for my Dad's Bronco and I 99'd mine for #basemansquatch but really don't want to deal with this process again.

Three weeks past the blend date and no communication….I would switch to a soft top if they would solve the holdup. I’ve tried to be patient but this is crazy, the lack of communication is past ridiculous. *rant over….for now*

Last week, my ride was in Texas, and had changed trains due to a train mechanical. Hoping for the ride to be here by next week at the latest.
