It means that they found a new endangered species of rat at dirt mountain, and now they can't move them and destroy the habitat. Hang in there though!

Nothing too shocking... Ford prioritized their assembly line first.

Truthfully at this point, I'm hoping the Pizza Tracker is null and void for the Dirt Mountain folk and Ford's already shipped the first 20% out this week with the next 20% next week, and so on . But clearly that's just dreaming and realistically no DM gang will leave this week.
