Hey Guys

Didnt see any good options for rails that are low profile so decided to make some. They are being CNC'd currently so they will be ready in a week or two for pictures.

These will be from 6061 and will follow the contour of the side so that they don't protrude more than needed. There are 11x 10mm threaded holes on the bottom to allow more attachments (steps, lights, something else?) and 2x m5 holes on each end for mud flap attachment. It will bolt to the pinch rail using the 4x holes that are already in place. This is for only the 2 door Bronco right now unless there is a lot of people who would like them for the 4 door then we can figure that out.

Soooo.. Not sure how hard you plan to wheel with these but only bolting them to the pinch weld seems to be a bad idea as you have effectively created a big lever that will likely bend your pinch weld and stuff these up into your rockers. There's a reason that the stock ones have some sub bracketry that also bolts to the underside of the body.

So there are two things to address that. One is that these will sit flush against the body with some silicone pads to keep them from scratching the paint so it will be hard to bend them outwards as there won't be room. Two we are producing them with 11x 10mm threaded holes on the bottom so we can make steel extensions to the frame so that they are reinforced steel on the bottom side for using them in any off-road applications.

Without the added steel frame slider these are really just to deflect rocks from the car, allow you to mount mud flaps more easily and hide the pinch weld area as it just looks terrible.
