I get a BAD feeling about having a built rig with a bad top, that shit will be out sitting in a field forever .... ask the June production date crowd.

Reading between the lines in the drummer's post, the mystery's been solved - the 'crumble-while-you-watch' top is now an acknowledged piece of shit. Ford seems willing to shovel this shit out of the MAP lot & see if people will accept delivery...based on a future promise of some kind. So I'm expecting my 7/15 to ship soon.

And temper your anger toward Webasto...Ford designed the product & owns the IP. They also own the 'stink'.

The dealer said that he can't see it in the system yet. And I don't think that they have a bunch of orders. Hopefully, I wonder if there may be a few others in the area that could carpool together.

I am a 7/14 blend, 2 dr base - heading to Sunset Ford. Maybe they will find the same truck

No build email. Rotation 5107 and soft top. I don’t think MIC is the only reason there are delays as many soft tops are also not getting build emails. Not sure if it quality check that is holding it up or shipping. I don’t think they want to list it as built without having shipping lined up.

My hunch is that soft-top delays are most likely shipping delays, and MIC top...Well...We know the shit show those are.
