Hahaha I just called CSX tracking to see if my rail car still said it was "constructively placed" and heard it said empty, headed for Ohio, and I thought oh it must not have heard me right, called back and tried again, said the same thing and I panicked that my car was headed to Ohio.....then I realized well duh, the rail car wasn't just for me it left my Bronco and is headed for it's next load!!! 
I just picked it up today.... the long wait is over

Are any of you planning on doing a break-in oil change? I might swap to full synthetic at 500-1000 miles and then change it every 5k from there.
Iāll be changing at 1k for break in and then every 3k afterwards.

I am just planning to do the normal oil change schedule, but I will be buying extended Ford ESP, 8 years. Most likely I'll sell it after 8 years.

This is exactly what im going to do. 1k upfront and 3k every time after.
These turbos love oil changes. I wouldn't push them past 5k oil change intervals.

FordTekMakuloco recommends 5k miles with off-the-shelf full synth, so thatās what Iāve been running in all my EcoBoost motors. I do think Iāll send my first few changes off to blackstone to see how itās holding up.

Called my dealer to get it in for warranty work on the hard top seals. "We have an opening Sept 25, but you'll need to leave it with us for a few days after that until we can look at it" ...
What's the point in making an appointment 3 weeks out, just to wait four more days for them to even look at it, then wait longer for parts and repair. We're talking at least a week without my brand new truck, and no rental either (and I work for the same company.) I get everyone's busy but, come on

Exactly, considering the fact I can fit my finger through the gaps and you can see the light leak in broad daylight.
Such a long wait and drawn out process that I can diag in 5 minutes
I can wait for paying for it, thatāll be a hard pill to swallow

So excited for you!!! Itās ALMOST time!!!Just missed a call from the dealer that sheās finally there!!!! Now Iāve got to wait heās not back in until late afternoon tomorrow and need to see about getting off work and a ride to go get herā¦. (This dealership is an hour away so itās not a quick skip over to scope it out tonight) Canāt wait!!!!
Congrats Betty so close. I have moved off constructively placed and in Jax with a arrival of noon Friday. hoping for a quick truck and maybe get it Monday. am i the last of our known build week still waiting on final prep?
