Well kids, it’s time for the horses to earn their feed. Fun in the sun is one thing but this has been Kermit’s 1st heavy snow test and he didn’t fail. 13 inches in my AO of NJ so far and helped a couple of people become unstuck.​

Sounds like you got the same as we did up here in the frozen tundra of VT. And here I was hoping the ok January temperatures we’d been having would last….. I figured not, but hey I can dream! Back to ice and - 4 on my way to work this morning and calling for it to be even colder later in the week Come on spring let’s go!!!!!!!!

Sure…but it’s Vermont. You guys already had a base coat of a foot and a half!
And we’re POSSIBLY looking at a repeat of last weeks snow this weekend.

We actually didn’t really it’s been an odd winter, well the last few years have been so I guess I can’t really call it odd anymore, less snow more ice, ice is not appreciated I’d say we had maybe 6” in the yard here, nearby mountains yeah they’ve got plenty, lots more than we do in the valley but they can have it!!!

Update on the roof: Dealership called and my new roof is in and I'm scheduled to take Moose in next Tuesday to have it all swapped around.

Roof Update: Dropped Moose off on Tuesday, watched him like a hawk on my Ford App. They called today a little after noon that he was all done. I checked him over when I picked him up and the Service Manager let me know that I was indeed the first they've ever done and now that they completed mine, they have 2 more lined up to do. The only issue i noted and they are making it right is that they didn't know to order the sound deadening headliner for it. So they are ordering that and once it comes in, they'll install it. She said it doesn't take long and they have a really good guy that does it - he did hers. Ohh they also washed and detailed him for me as well! I was surprised at that!

What I learned:
1. If you get a replacement, make sure they know to order the headliner too - it doesn't come with it.
2. Your front panels aren't replaced, just the back top part - I didn't know what all was replaced.
3. Make sure the dealership gets really good pics to send to the Ford folks because it's up to them if they will approve the warranty or not. They told me at the dealership that good pics seem to be the key, different light and angles.

Hey fam, anybody received the infotainment recall yet? Interestingly my insurance company and carfax both sent notification that I have a recall for my VIN, yet nothing from Ford…. No mail, no email, and my app says no open recalls….. lol. Hope you’re all enjoying spring! It’s trying to start here, this coming week looks nice finally. Time to get out my sunrider top!!

No mail, no email, and my app says no open recalls….. lol. Hope you’re all enjoying spring! It’s trying to start here, this coming week looks nice finally. Time to get out my sunrider top!!

Valhalla I looked it up and it said fix not available yet, so maybe they’re waiting to tell me there’s a problem till they know how to fix it

From what I understand if it overheats it shuts down to self protect.

I received the recall notice from Ford and of course, no fix yet. I have a mobile tech coming next month to do the back up camera recall. I wasn't going to do it since it wasn't messing up but he was out here doing a recall for the husbands Super Duty and said something about my Bronco and that he'd come back out here next month to take care of mine. This mobile tech is on it, seems like I may have found a pretty solid dealership - we didn't buy either vehicle from them and they have been above and beyond to help us.

My recall finally came in the snail mail, no fix yet, they anticipate they’ll know what to do by June 1st, so we’ll see.

Pretty sure I just observed a thread that the 25’s started getting the OTA fix in the past couple of days. Believe our year OTA starts in May/June?
