Has anybody relocated the ACC sensor yet? ADD has made a relocation bracket, which seems a little pricey... just wondering how well it would function behind the grill. I'm not in a big hurry to get a winch on my Bronco, but I'm not willing to sacrifice a feature I paid for with current aftermarket options.

I have not heard of anyone yet...I also thought on other vehicles the dealer had to recalibrate once it was moved.

The relocation works fine, as long as it's done correctly. On the Raptors sometimes folks had to re-calibrate it (via Forscan or at the dealer) although I Never had to.

It'll do fine behind the grill. They wouldn't release it unless they've tested it.

It's expensive, yes, ADD stuff usually is. But it's worth it when you get to run aftermarket stuff where that sensor used to be

Agreed, I'll believe it when I see it.
What don't you believe? That it works/exists? They've been selling these for the Gen2 Raptors for years! Heck I just shipped a Gen2 Raptor ACC kit to a customer today who's upgrading his bumpers (he ordered the rear/front bumper from us also).

It's just a simple bracket that lets you mount the ACC behind the grill and frees up that lower area in front of your lower IC.

Oh I believe a bracket exists to move it. I'd just like to see how well it functions.

It functions just like factory... the ACC on my Raptor was moved from the lower area to behind the grill, 0 issues at all. And almost everybody who's relocated their ACC has no issues as well (unless they need to re-calibrate it, that's the only time you hear of any issues, and it's not difficult to recalibrate it if you have Forscan or just pay Ford to do it at a service appointment).

It's literally just a bracket that lets you mount it somewhere else is all.

I guess I'll be the guinea pig and order one. I'd rather just know for sure before I go buying a bumper or something drastic like that lol

Sorry we can't really discount an ACC bracket. There's really no markups there. Now if you want to talk a bumper w/lights, then we can talk. I have more wiggle room there. But not much on a $184 bracket sorry :(

We do ship free

I'm thinking of purchasing this for my Bronco so that I can install the JCROffroad winch plate for the modular bumper. Has anyone done this on their Bronco yet? Thanks.

Hi civkik,
Did you ever get it installed? Just wondering how well it worked out for you.
