That doesn't look bad at all. Dealer plate holder? Drilling needed?

Yes. As you can see (By the holes under the grill) the dealer already had the bracket installed and we didn't care for the look so we drilled out the bracket to fit the three existing bolts on the bumper and used it that way. If you look close we put the plate in between bolt head and the bracket so the plate is pretty secure when you tighten everything down. And the best part it was free. Well in a 50k kind of way

I like it! Don't like the look of being off to the left or right. No drilling the bumper is an added plus. So nothing securing it to the bumper on the bottom?

No. Just the three bolts on the top but between the plate and the bracket its pretty solid.
