Active Shutters malfunctioning?

Hey everybody,
My 22 BD 2.3 has started doing something new. Previous to 3 weeks ago, the shutters would close fully at startup and open completely at shutdown. Now the shutters, both upper and lower, remain at about one quarter open all the time. Has anyone encountered this issue? Will a code be recorded to check on a reader? Thanks Mark

Update. No out of position or timed out codes recorded. The service tech using his laptop, cycled the shutters from full stop open to full stop closed several times and that seemed to reset them.
