Adding/Removing Apps

Has anyone figured out how to add an Iphone app to display on the screen? seems like SYNC4 is picky in selecting compatible apps.
For example, I have the iHeart app on my phone and use it when I go for a jog but have no need for it on my Ford screen, yet SYNC4 displays it. And I have a smart garage door opener app that it will not display!
Any remedy for adding or removing useful or useless apps from the screen?

there are very limited number of apps that SYNC4 shows on my phone though .... how can I add an app i need to that list?

I'm not with my bronco at the moment, but I think it's on the bottom left of the screen there's a series of squares, I think there's options in there on what Icons you want.

Don't think you can... If you want to use an app. Go to Sources - select Iphone as source - play music. Thats as far as I've gone.

YES, wish we could add more app to SYNC4

those squares just show your apps as tiles on the screen.
