This looks like a good location. How are they held in place?
Great spot - I mounted mine in that general area too but tucked under the quarter panel overhang for additional moisture protection.one for the amp one for the compressor

I mounted mine on top the battery. Poked 2 holes in the felt cover and mounted to that.
Have a lower amp (60) in the rear quarter before the amp. Covers my 20’ cable run on both ends.
