Android Auto return to home screen?

Does anyone know how to return to the "home" screen after you've connected to Android Auto? Sometimes I want to change settings (such and audio settings) but I can't find a simple way to return to that screen. I've done it by utilizing the voice prompt from the steering wheel but it isn't a simple solution.

I'm actually curious what your home screen looks like though, that you would need to manually "return to home"

In sync 3 if i remember correctly you did actually need to return to home for some settings, but with sync 4 a least on my 12" screen all the "Ford" stuff is still available by clicking any of the tabs along the bottom.

Gotcha. I've driven one with the 8" screen but didn't hook my phone up to it, so I didn't realize it was full screen w/ no tabs. Makes sense though.

My only gripe with the 12" screen is they won't let you go full screen... you're pretty much always stuck with the split screen and tabs.
