yes and no.

you can pull that cover out pretty easily. Which means you can slide the cover out, pull the drawer out and gain access to the storage.

you can either choose to keep the cover off or put it back in.

you can also pull the inner slide from the outer slide (removing the tray) just by pressing the latch once fully extended. Then just slide the tray back in.

What about the 2 door version...is it being designed only for those who delete their rear seats?
Or will it pertain to the cargo area of the 2 door (I know it's small but still)?

Just curious cuz there's no one else doing this and would like to have it but would not like to delete rear seats as I do have occasional passengers due to family.
