Once in production I believe it only takes several days. But, if you come off the line waiting for chips or something it remains in production until all parts installed.

My build date was 1/3 and I picked up my bronco on 1/26. It was on the rail for almost two weeks to get to California. But in my case I was one of the earlier build groups for a MY22. Seemed like the supply chain issues hit the 1/10 group pretty hard and it dominoed into every group after that. So in a perfect world , it should take about a week to build your bronco. But chances are it will be longer.

"In Production" status usually comes about a week before the blend date. You should have a window sticker.

Almost exactly 4 months to get delivered from when it went to In Production.

From what I gathered is the day the frame meets the body... which makes sense on a body on frame vehicle but I imagine they use the same wording for unibodies? who knows

Mine has been in production for over a week now, still says the window sticker is not available even though there is a link to it.

Your Bronco should go into production about a week before the blend date. That is when they start the body and then the frame. Once the blend date hits, it's only a matter of about a shift or so then it should be complete barring any missing parts or other issues. Most likely if yours went into production a week ago, the body may have been started before the strike but that is as far as it will ever go until they go back to work.

0rder 3/27 for 4 door Wildtrak lux hardtop with tow. Blend date 6/26. Still in production . Have window sticker, vin added to dealers website with photos of Bronco, just can’t figure out what exactly we are waiting for. Ford rep said waiting on part, but unable to say what it is. This was about a week before the strike
