Thought mine was arriving today. I got a package from AR with two screws in it.

Those are your center console badge stainless screws. The first run wasnt't machined to my liking and I punted them. We shipped the console badges without the supplied screws. Now that the screws are dialed in, you can now make your console badge nice nice.

Well how am I supposed to pre-order when I am unable to find the Raptor version of the Bronco fender emblem. Apparently I missed something somewhere?

Raptor is a different front fender and will require a totally different badge design. That's on the list.

DNA Fender Emblem Pre-Order is LIVE!

The Bronco billet script billet badges are already being machined. The billet placards are being machined and will be off to paint directly after. The order of placard production is:

• BADLANDS
• WILDTRAK
• BLACK DIAMOND
• FIRST EDITION
• BIG BEND
• OUTER BANKS
• BASE BASE
• BASESQUATCH
• EVERGLADES

Expect roughly a week between the production of each badge type. Demand drove the production schedule. Thank you for your input. For example, if you want an OUTER BANKS fender badge and don't mind the wait, order now or wait about 4 weeks to place your order to effectively cut down your wait time. You'll receive it roughly the same time with either scenario. ... unless these become wildly popular, then there's going to be quite the line to wait behind. But, you now know first. The notification email won't go out until Monday. Enjoy your B6G forum head start and may the odds be ever in your favor.

This is something that I've wanted to do for a long time. Let's face it, the factory fender stickers are very underwhelming. No need to rehash that. Doing what we do, plastic is not going to cut it either. I really like the classic Bronco Sport fender badge and thought; this the style the modern Bronco should have had all along. Just add our twist to it, then add the specific trim level script,... with signature colors for each and now we got something!

Obviously, this will be a full billet smooth machined super saucy part. We skipping the plastic, chrome plated plastic, injection molded plastic and going straight for the top shelf materials. We 3D scanned and modeled the front fenders. This will allow the machined script to conform perfectly on the curvature of the fender. 1" below the hard body line and 1" forward of the door jamb. 1" wide blue painters tape and dead on install every time. Automotive grade 3M VHB backed, so once it's on there, it's on there. No drilling required. Sasquatch will be available if you check that box. Smooth finished raw aluminum or satin black cerakote for the script.

We'll get a couple finalized renderings out, in the next couple days. If you don't see your trim line in the renderings, rest assured, they'll get designed. We won't leave you out.

We'll pursue Ford's full blessing for these badges. With the R&D we've put into this and the quality we'll execute, we definitely don't want a C&D from them.

The driver and passenger side badge will each get a side specific template to ensure your placement is money.

To that point, you'll also receive 3M Surface Prep and 3M Adhesive Promoter for an OEM+ bond.

Shipping soon for us long time order holders? I'm way too excited about these. I don't think the weather will allow me to apply these until March/April unless we get a 60 degree day this winter. Although, I guess I could use my heat gun to warm up the fender eh? Send it now pls!

dude - when are these shipping? I was initially told Thanksgiving. Then I was told first week of Dec. I was also told base was being sent 2nd and that doesn’t match what you said above. Ever heard of under promise, over deliver?? WTF????

Dude, like I explained earlier, the painted placards are the bottle neck. I received painted samples of the placards and some of the colors were off. This is the same paint vendor we use for the console badge painting. Why the colors were so off blows my mind. This should have been a slam dunk. BADLANDS was the worst of the samples. I’m expecting to receive an updated sample soon.

Ever heard of- If it were easy, everyone would do it.

We’re continuing to machine the fender badges, in anticipation that the painter gets the colors squared away. Then we can open the floodgates and ship these out to all of you.

There’s a component to basically all of our products that some people ‘get’ and others aren’t aware of yet. So let me explain. Have you ever come up with an idea and say to yourself - “Someone should make thing that does this!” Well, I’m that someone. And when you see me open a thread on this site, that’s the first time that my thoughts on an idea are shared with the community, and the process starts. I don’t have an army of engineers and designers that I pass off my ideas to, to create the finished product. I curate the entire thing and as our track record shows, the finished products are awesome.

You get to come along for the ride, and as this thread shows, we take ideas and comments from the community as the process moves along. If we were only doing the base FORD badge in black and satin clear, they’d be shipping already. But we’re moving the majority of the trim levels into production at the same time. This slows the process down considerably. You’re not receiving a 3D printed part, or some overseas injection molded plastic. Just things to keep in mind.

Design is 90% complete. There’s some tweaking on the carbon fiber wind fairing that we’re working on and some light cosmetic stuff in the light bar. Now that it’s moving on as a full blown product and not just an idea, I’ll create a thread for the roof rack in the appropriate sub-forum.
