Here’s your Happy Friday pic to keep you pumped! I know I have a knack for coming up fun and borderline provocative names for our products, but I honestly don’t think there’s a more fitting name than MAGNUM for what we’re about to unleash into the BRONCO world. That, my friends, is a whole lot of machining time sitting there.

Our goal is to get the first orders out this coming week. We're schmoozing the powdercoater this afternoon to bump the MAGNUMS to the front of the line.

This is fun! 1 hour 11 min run time for this op. What you’re seeing is the top side design machined in on the piece on the right and the piece on the left was previously in the right position. It gets flipped over and the huge cavity gets hogged out and finished. All told, that’s 2:22.00 of machining time for a 2 door. The 4 door machine time is about 3:30.00

This is the 16” MAGNUM center span. Run time is ~40 min x 2 for the 4 door.

Those look GREAT, I'm really looking forward to them. I am taking care to temper my anticipation as I'm sure I'm well down the list and @ 3.5 hours a set it is going to take a while.

Keep the videos coming when you can, good stuff to see.

Oh, sweet geebus, those look so good. Gosh, I’m so torn between the two finishes! Has the black powder coat been holding up well with those using the Stirrups? I read a few folks were seeing their powder coat coming off already. Has this been addressed? And the million dollar question, when will these bad boys start to ship!?
I have the powder coated stirrups that have been on for months now. If you like the powder coated look, I would have no hesitation in going that direction. Honestly, mine look just like the day they were installed... no fading, chipping, peeling, or anything else. The mounting brackets themselves had an original bad batch of anodizing (not powder coat) that faded very quickly. Curtis and crew took care of it very quickly and I have had no further issues. I have no idea on warranty, but I can tell you that Curtis and AR strongly stand behind their products from personal experience.
