Wondering if anyone knows if the B&O sub enclosure is the same for 4 and 2 door. I tore into my two door today to see what was behind the rear trim panels and I think the B&O sub enclosure would mount up in the stock location. Was going to ask my dealer if they could order me the enclosure so I could add my own sub to my base without taking up cargo space.

also If anyone knows the depth of the enclosure that would be awesome so I could get a sub ordered.

I did notice that the little storage tray they fill the hole with if you don’t have the B&O sub looks easily removable. I would probably just cover it with a speaker grill to finish it off. I’ll attach some pictures of the process.

any Help would be appreciated thanks!

I would guess that the sub interchanges. There are some links to the B&O and 6 speaker parts numbers/drawings in another thread. I didn't see anything distinguishing 2 and 4 door for the sub.

That’s what I thought from what I’ve seen on other threads I was just wondering if anyone knew for sure. Thanks

I thought about this but... I'm going with a Crutchfield branded mini sub for under the seat. Cheap and well rated and doesn't take up any space.
On another note, I see some good opportunities for some Dynamat!

I thought about a powered sub as well but there’s just no room under the seats in the two door. I suppose I could try to find one small enough to fit behind that panel I tore out. But I just don’t know if it would give me the sound I want.
