What would be the setup needed for the new Bajas to be used on a new Bronco?

Looking at the 36x17x17. Would assume I would need a 17x12 but I would want the minimum offset.

Mickey thompson haven't announced the offset/backspacing of the 17x12. the forged 17x14 has -101 offset. They will stick out tremendously. Ironically I'll be getting the 17x12 on 17x36r17 on my silverado 1500, but that look is more excepted than on a g6 bronco. For example this is 36x15.50r20 on 20x14 with -76 offset on 3inch spacers on the rear and 1.5 on the front.

There's a search bar for such folly.

You're going to run into issues with turning the wheel.
They just announced these tires being re-launched at SEMA. I didn't see any posts with them but maybe I missed post or didn't search properly.

I would be putting these wheels and tires with some sort of widebody fenders.

Silverado has the same bolt pattern, I expect to see pictures of this setup on your Bronco to ignite the forum in massive flames.

It was a joke about the size not those specific tires. I was really hoping they were going to redo the old Baja Claw tractor tire design again.

The widebody panels out there aren't really that wide. If the fiberglass panel part of ADV is still in business, they have a plus 8" but that's only 3" more coverage than a stock 5" Sasquatch removable fender.

17x12 et -38 would be the same backspace as a typical 17x9 et 0. So the 12” would stick out 3” so would be perfect with the ADV 8” fenders.

thinking about my Mexico sand dune trips and that 17” wide tire would be awesome.

Lol it wont be until 2027. 2026 will be lifting the bronco 3 inches and putting 37s on it with methods. But ill dig this thread up when it happens and bolt them to the bronco. Haha
