Basemansquatch SoCal first off road experience

I took my Base Manual Sasquatch out off roading for the first time, and I have to say, I am amazed with the capability of this thing.

I went to the Off Roadeo in NH last year and learned off roading techniques with an auto. I was worried that I would be limited with the manual.

After taking it out today I definitely have no regrets in getting a Manual - I was able to tackle difficult situations. The crawler gear was essential. I used hill descent control in one instance.

Love mine. Been out many times including the Bronco Safari in Moab and I've rarely thought of using any of the goat modes, the crawler gear in high and low & the lockers have not let me down and taken me down butt clenching slopes. I kept forgetting to use/try the hill descent control, I've used it at the Off Roadeo, but the crawler gear has slowed me enough that I keep forgetting to try the hill descent control.
