Battery drained Fully

Left in the garage for 2.5 weeks with doors and top off. Came home to a fully discharged battery. I have left the the vehicle with doors and top on for up to two weeks with out issue I do have a 3ch Dash cam that records movement hot wired (OBD)
Was it the doors?
