Their prices are great. Their customer service is horrible. They discourage actual phone conversations, and if you do get someone on the phone, you more than likely will not be able to communicate with them. Their warranty policy is asinine, wanting you to cut a shock in half that is already visibly unusable just for a photo. They were not interested in getting a nearly brand new shock back to see why it may have failed. And will charge shipping on an item replaced under said warranty.
