Black Beauty Ring

(I guess this is for those more familiar with ordering parts from Ford for new vehicles)

I'm trying to create a Wildtrak, out of an outer banks.
Basically obx with SAS and black modular roof. My reason? I want and prefer the obx interior, and l would use a sunglasses holder before I can force any usage out of the aux ports.

Aesthetically my only problem lies with this

because I want this

I imagine this is an EASY fix. After all it's just a color swap..
Do we have an idea if we can order these on their own from Ford at order time or anytime over the next year?

Plan B would be I paint them myself

SUPER easy fix.

you’ll be able to order black from Ford parts (prob will take a long time though)

so it’s probably easier to take them off and have someone local powder coat them gloss black for about $150-200

Color coordination has been by the far the aspect of the bronco where they fell the shortest. ?

The other being communication.

mostly everything else has been top notch!

I want to go with black as well. I hope to order a spare set from Ford so I can keep the originals for off-roading and such. Seems the bright ones would be better to not show scratches, so they have that going for them.
