Black Diamond axle been push to limit

Just noticed there’s only about 10lb different in weight of wheels and tires of Sasquatch bronco and black diamond. Black diamond even equipped with a 4.46 gear ratio which made more torque on axles. I have seen people broke their m190 half shaft with 35 tire but it seems the axle load on sas and bd from factory are close…

FYI, the factory wheel and tire on bd is about 74 and about 85 lb for Sasquatch

For example the tire on stock bd is 44lb, and it is easily to exceed 50lb if you replace it with a. Same size MT, which will bring the total weight to 80lb…..

Where are you seeing people break their axle? I have been off roading with various bronco groups and have yet to encounter any axle breaking. Tie rods now that's another story lol

If you search the forum you may see some stories… someone even broke his in parking lot lol. I guess that’s more like a factory defect but things happens

only video ive seen of someone snapping an axel, at the 32 min mark. but the guy is doing some hard rock crawling..

Yeah you can see he was really messing with his axle totally driver’s error. Do you think he was on 35 or 37? Looks like some heavy tires there
