The bolts definitely seem reusable. I reused mine when I added the diff skid plate.

My Braptor is at a bit over 15K miles and I just did a full fluid swap for both diffs and the transfer case using OEM fluids. I added the Ford Performance diff cover for the Bronco Raptor which is shaped completely different from the OEM cover. The FP cover is quite a bit heavier and it looks like it allows for more fluid over the OEM cover. I used just under two quarts.

I have to go back and look but the OEM bolts do look like torque to yield which technically a one time use bolt although they can be reused with a bit of loctite and an extra 1/4 turn or thereabouts once torque specs have been reached.

The FP diff cover comes with new bolts and a fiber gasket.

Very odd. Ford specs the rear diff at 3.97 quarts. When I installed my FP diff cover I was surprised to only get right about 3 quarts of fluid into it. My mechanic did the prior fluid change so I didn't get exactly how much went in stock. I'm very surprised you are finding only 2 quarts. Are you certain? We're you nice and level?

Yep, 100% level unless my foundation shifted drastically while I wasn't paying attention!

Do you have a part number for the (D50) Ford Performance Raptor Bronco Rear Diff Cover?

When I did mine, I reused the gasket, cleaned up the surface and good to go..... pretty easy. I do wish ford made a cover with a drain plug but for as rarely as I'll do this I guess it's ok. My fluid at 25k was pretty clean, I used amsoil 70-140 to refill.
doesn’t the Ford Braptor already have a huge drain plug in front of the differential? This is mine.

Ugh, it looks like most of my reason to have purchase the FP one is gone. You've used that to swap fluid? Asking as you said, "doesn't...".

Slightly used FP Diff Cover for sale here. Good price. It has a fill AND drain hole .
