I'd be very upset with myself if I had just plunked down that much money on a vehicle and really needed to know some basics of it's materials and construction....... And hadn't tried to self-educate through the search function first.

This is the differentiation between those who are perfectly comfortable slamming across 5 lanes of freeway traffic to make their exit because they didn't follow the six P's, and those who were in the correct lane a half mile before their exit because they followed the six P's.

I've been using tire shine on raw plastic for years now and you'll be surprised how well the plastic holds up. Keeps them looking new.

Flares are plastic.

pretty sure the fenders and quarter panels are both aluminum.
