We have had a few people ask and thought about it. The idea is for more of a sleeping platform and tie down might be uncomfortable.
The other thought would be to mount your D-Rings on the top since they wouldn’t be any use underneath.

Nicely done, but I’m not fond of the front gap/ pool noodle solution though. Also thank top d-rings would be a good addition.

I would also use cupped washers to recess the bolt heads on the bracket mounting. This makes the underside a smoother surface to store stuff underneath

I maybe would add a hinge and flap to the front top section to use as a cover for the gap when seats are folded forward. Make that a split flap, maybe
