Build pushed again

Originally 9/20 build date, received this today. This blows. This is a disaster. It is so random that some orders get built ahead of others.

I reserved 7/19/20 and I folks are posting they just order in August getting build dates a few weeks after mine. I switched to soft top as well. It's a customer nightmare. I have never owned a Ford. Not sure I'll do it again.

That would make sense if it was actually happening. There are a lot of non FEs getting delivered.

What's pathetic is the impatience of a generation conditioned on instantaneous tracking on the internet. 20 years ago you would have ordered a Ford, then waited an indeterminate amount of time until it was ready. The dealer would call you when the truck delivered it to them, 2-4-6- or 9 months after ordering - you knew nothing during the wait. Suck it up.

Yep. And this boomer served his country, got 3 college degrees with zero government loans, raised a successful family, has had a fantastic career, will retire well. Oh...and am paying cash for my Bronco. Wonder what the later generations are doing? Oh yeah - whining and being offended by everything under the sun.

I have noticed alot of dealers here in Oklahoma getting their Demo's this last week. I think we may have had one dealer up North and now it seems like multiple dealers have them.
