This is excellent. I have not pre purchased any Bronco accessories before delivery, but this is must have. I don't think I can drive off the lot in Massachusetts without the front plate attached, so I need this in hand at delivery to stop the dealer from drilling into the grille. Ordering now.

Just make sure that you have it in writing that the dealership won't drill any holes in the front for Ford's license plate bracket. I've found that dealerships in MA are on autopilot when it comes to installing the front plate bracket.

I went with this
Bronco License Plate Mount | Ford Bronco (2021+) for Modular Steel Bum - BuiltRight Industries
should have my bronco in 3 weeks to give it a shot, but if you look at the installation video, looks fairly versatile

Edit* Sorry just saw this was for a different bumper than what the OP was looking for. But I'll leave it for us modular folks
This one costs less and I have plenty in stock.

@HBTFD you are amazing.

Also shout-out to @Shotsy for showing it off on a build almost exactly like mine. :D

Great job. Before I order can you explain how it's fastened to the bumper?

Does the bracket rap underneath the top lip on the bumper?

Just trying to fully understand. Thanks!

The bracket has a rubber strip on the back side to protect the bumper. The attachment requires no drilling and installation instructions are included.

How do you secure the top of the plate?
Looking at the plate example that’s pictured- you don’t. Looks like it just mounts to the bottom. However, it looks like it’d be easy enough to mark/drill new holes and use “flat-backed” studs and have the nuts on the front side of the plate.

If you would like to relocate your front license plate and have a capable bumper I have an alternative thanks to forum member Shotsy. This bracket attaches using the torx plus 30 bit in the bronco tool kit (it’s in the glove box labeled IP30). Instructions will be included with the bracket as well as all hardware needed to install. The bracket is painted aluminum on both sides and all fasteners are coated for corrosion resistance. The bracket is 50 state legal for height regulation. First shipments will go out on 2/25/22.

Price is $42 shipped anywhere in the USA. $62 to Canada. Please include a shipping address with the payment.
