I think that one is waaayyyyyyy better…….is that the factory ford plate bracket
it's not a debate on which one is better I just asked a simple question and obviously reading and answering questions is difficult. This was a simple comparison of the two.I think that one is waaayyyyyyy better…….
No this is not the factory bumper front license plate bracket. The factory bracket sits above the bumper but below the grill if that makes sense. If you had the modular bumper the bracket sits up and into the grill area.is that the factory ford plate bracket
Dude, settle down.it's not a debate on which one is better I just asked a simple question and obviously reading and answering questions is difficult. This was a simple comparison of the two.
Ill repeat..... "Does anyone have a picture of the Ford front plate bracket that is used for the capable bumper and where it is mounted?"Dude, settle down.
I borrowed the pic below from this thread for the Raptor, but the placement of the factory bracket on the capable bumper will be at the same location. It's fugly and you'll need to drill into your grill, hence this better solution.
Phew, thank God.Ill repeat..... "Does anyone have a picture of the Ford front plate bracket that is used for the capable bumper and where it is mounted?"
I got it thanks
So that is a pic of my Black Diamond, If you have a Badlands I think it might look a little different, almost like it covers the honeycomb looking part more and It does put holes in the white part.Ill repeat..... I got it thanks
OrderedIf you would like to relocate your front license plate and have a capable bumper I have an alternative thanks to forum member Shotsy. This bracket attaches using the torx plus 30 bit in the bronco tool kit (it’s in the glove box labeled IP30). Instructions will be included with the bracket as well as all hardware needed to install. The bracket is painted aluminum on both sides and all fasteners are coated for corrosion resistance. The bracket is 50 state legal for height regulation. First shipments will go out on 2/25/22.
Price is $42 shipped anywhere in the USA. $62 to Canada. Please include a shipping address with the payment.
