CarPlay or Bluetooth issue

Whether I am connected by wire or Bluetooth to stereo. CarPlay or Bluetooth only. When I am talking via hands free the other people say I am braking up like bad signal.
but if I switch to talking from phone I am crystal clear.
I can be moving or parked. Can’t find TSB dealer says everything is ok but having this problem.
IPhone 13 Pro Max all updates. Car system all updated.

I would use hands free and call my service manager and ask how the call sounds or call a friends phone or home phone and verify what other people are telling you. I’m assuming u have windows closed when using hands free other wise mic will get wind.??

I have the same issue - hopefully someone has a fix so that don't have to leave the rig at the dealer for another month...uhhhhh

Mine is in the shop right now for three weeks. Had an oil leak in the front of the engine minor. But also for the TSB for the noise in the manual transmission hopefully get it back in another week or two time to head to beach
