The letters are a super easy swap out if you can find a replacement (lots of brands have options now, I know Oracle's are great). PutCo light up letters are super easy to install and look killer. You can adjust them to be either white or amber!

Hey y’all, I wanna ask if you guys think this is do able, I wanna change the letters on the front grill of my bronco to say “BLUEY” instead of “BRONCO”. If seen some posts saying that you can remove the letters but I haven’t seen any about changing them out, so is that a thing I can do?

We have all of the letters in the alphabet and even changed out the letter on ours to spell ORACLE. To do 5 letters you may need to adapt a little as the grill is designed for 6 letters.
