Have you considered making one that can mount left or right of the middle? like under the shackle (and not block the sensor) ?

You mean... like the very first post of this page...

It blocks the sensors if mounted on the shackle or near it. And why mount it lower then the shackle, we have one that mounts it center on the lower part of the bumper already...

Ehh it's not something I honestly feel is worth developing when we have a solution that's at the same height you're talking about.

Thanks for looking this up! Like I said, no rush on it cause there’s about two months to go until I get the truck anyway. I just hadn’t even thought about this since placing the order and now I’m curious.
(Also, the stock location is horrible so I envy the people who don’t need one of these things.)
