Current rate of purchase of delivered orders.

Went by my dealer and converted my order to 2023. The sales manager came over and commented ( while talking about price protection) that lately their actual purchase rate on delivered vehicles is only around 33%. They had 3 on the lot that were declined purchases and one being delivered this week already declined. Seemed to imply that he would sell me one on the lot at or close to MSRP however none fit my minimum requirements. All were soft tops. This probably varies dealer to dealer, and demographics etc but the economy and interest rates are definitely having an effect. Anyone else getting purchase data info?

A month ago I had a dealer call me to offer Bronco someone backed out on. I refused to pay over msrp and he was sure it would sell over msrp quick, they still have the same Broncos on their lot a month later.
