So…figured I’d start a thread here to document what I do with the Bronco over time. It’s a Badlands with Sasquatch and pretty much every single option.

This is nostalgic for me…the first vehicle I ever purchased was a 1974 Bronco that I bought in either 1999 or 2000. My goal with this build is to have something that I can use as a daily driver but that I also go have fun in the hills with. I live in Utah and do a ton of mountain biking, hiking, etc… and spend as much time as I can in Utahs iconic locations (like Moab). Excited to put the Bronco to the test on these trails.

Here are some pics of things I’ve added including product links. Not much yet, but much more to come.

New Antenna - same size and identical model of a 50 cal round. I think it looks awesome. Installed in about 10 seconds. Product link: https://a.co/d/1i37e4W

Bronco script emblems, matte black: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKW3CDD6

3D American Flag: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B091CB3FYB

Paracord grab handles: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BF5CX8W2

Door sill covers - these are thick and seem to be high quality but I don’t know how much I like the look: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B38HJKS4

Mabett Seat back covers (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09VL31QV5) and cargo liner (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QMC4XFX) - these are both awesome and would highly recommend.

I also have the dealer installed Tailgate table, which I love.

That’s all that I’ve got and installed so far. I’m about to order the Havoc doors from RealTruck and I’m excited about those. Other goodies are en route as well.

I added a few more little things.

One of my complaints with the Bronco is there is precious little storage on the inside, and this basket from Mountain2Metal is AMAZING. You can find it here:https://mountains2metal.com/BR6OHSB/

I also got a bag for rear windows that seems great - you can find it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Y575X3G

And lastly (for now) is the rear cargo area cover, which you can find here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B19FYJWB
This honestly looks and feels OEM, and I think will be necessary when running topless.

Coming soon - ditch lights and tube doors. Trying to decide on some other storage options, some other lighting options (fog lights and light bar) and onboard air compressor.

I’ve got some lights, a Bimini top and a few other things in bound, but I took a few minutes and installed these ditch lights. They were $82.99 at Harbor Freight and seem like good quality! Happy so far. Hooked them up to “Aux 3”. I used some mounts from Amazon.

Harbor Freight Pod Lights did you go with Flood or Spot. The Spot has some flood lighting.

I'm actually embarrassed to say that I don't know, but I will check the box when I get home and find out.

I got the Spots. Visible they look exactly the same as the floods, which is why I didn't realize there were 2 options. I'm happy with the light output.

I guess the name works? Love that Mountain to Metal basket, going to put that down on the to buy list.

Do you want to buy mine? I love it too, but I'm going to return it because it isn't compatible with my bimini top.

Actually, that wouldn't make sense - just buy from them. They sent me a return label and all I need to do is package it up and send to them for a full refund, which is the same I'd have to do to you.

Do you love the J Top?

I think he was saying the Squatch Basket doesn’t work with his hard top.

What Bimini top did you go with? Looks like it conflicts with my Hard Top the more I check into it.
I got the J Top. Just went with plain black.

ahhhhh. Missed that. I do love it though. The 24 hr wait while the Velcro sets was an inconvenience because I had to put the top back on and then off due to weather but is worth it
Highly recommend a JTop.

This weekend I installed some hood struts and the Rough Country LED fog light kit. I went with the white brights and Amber DRLs. I ended up hooking the DRLs up to Aux 6 and the bright lights to Aux 2. Will post some pics, but there were several disappointing things about the Rough Country lights. Flaws in the finish right out of the box…that type of stuff.
