Bought a thinkware U1000 dashcam and want to use parking mode which needs constant power. I'm not worried about draining battery since it does have a cut off setup and plus I wouldn't have it on for a long period. My question is if I connected it to one of the auxillary switches would that provide constant power? Rather than hardwire down to fuse box I thought to use one of the switches since I am not going to use them all. Thinking to tap in from passenger visor area or glove box location. My apologies if this was already discussed. Thank you

All Aux switches are switched power and only operate with vehicle power on…

Aux switches aren't on all the time.
