DEAD ORACLE LIGHTS

I have a 2023 black diamond . Installed oracle foglights this summer and they worked great on aux 1. Until yesterday. They both just stopped working. Wiring seems fine. Fuse seems fine and aux back light works. Any ideas?

Only really two things to check at this point. The fact that all lights stopped makes me think it's a wiring issue and not the lights, but anything is possible.

Use a multimeter, and make sure you are getting 12V to the light on the main light connection (not the backlight) with the Aux switch on. If so, that eliminates everything ~except~ the light and the ground connection.

Unhook your light from your wiring, and with temporary wiring, connect the main light connections (not the backlight) it straight to the battery (+) and (-) terminals. If the light doesn't work there - that's all the confirmation you need to say it's the light and ask for an RMA/Replace/whatever. If the light does work -- you need to keep investigating your wiring - probably your ground.

Definitely frustrating when everything was working fine and then suddenly isn’t. A few quick things you can check:

• Test one fog light on a different circuit just to confirm the light itself is good.
• Double-check the ground. Sometimes the AUX backlight can still come on even if the ground for the fogs isn’t making good contact.
• Look at the connector pins and make sure nothing got pushed back or loosened.

Thanks all. Went through the whole system and ground was loose somehow. All good for now. Unfortunately not sure where it was wrong as while chasing the lights came on. Hopefully fixed but at least confirmed issue if it repeats.
