Has anyone installed a wind/bug deflector on top of PPF? I believe there would be enough surface area for a deflector to adhere and hold just fine, and my PPF installer said there wouldn't be an issue, but I would like some real world responses from anyone who may have done this.
I personally don't like the look of the deflectors. But I'm out camping, and noticed squirrels throwing walnuts out of a tree. Of course one hit the front of my hood, putting a small dent in it (it's not a big deal, so before the trolls say it, no Im not going to sell it, or part it out). Being aluminum and having PPF, both pose challenges for PDR. So this incident brought back my thoughts on wanting a deflector to reduce the amount of bugs I collect.
So, what are your thoughts?
