Capable Bumper put onto Base Model

There are a few threads on adding a fog light switch to different models. Here is my question, as I have a Base on order with plastic factory bumper.

Is the wiring in place for fog lights on the base model as it is with other models that were ordered with Modular Bumper?

Has anyone tried to put a Capable Bumper and Front Bash Plate onto a Base Model yet?

I am thinking that people are more willing to get rid of their Capable bumpers than Modular bumpers. So that may be a cheaper alternative, while also giving the ability for fog lights.

Thoughts or lessons learned?

I have the steel bumper on my base with aux so I get that one wire to the front. I don’t think Ford provided wiring for fogs so you’ll either have to direct link with headlights or run a wire yourself to a switch which won’t be hard at all

I have Aux switches on my order, but figure an Aux switch for a factory type of fog light would be a waste. Especially if I can just switch out the factory switch and put in a fuse

Yeah it would be a waste. I have come to realize that 6 switches is plenty for me personally. I plan on:
1: bumper light bar
2: not sure
3/4: pod lights (installed)
5: radio
6: fridge (maybe?)
