Congrats, Chris2/13 build week, arrived at dealer 3/15. Flew out yesterday to pick it up. MSRP deal. Over 500 mile round trip home.
First impressions, She's big, wide and the fender flares give her some junk in the trunk. Over 50mph winds on the drive home killed gas mileage, 14.8 through the mountains. Second tank and the winds died down some was 17.5 at an average of 70ish mph speed.
Can't see shit out the rear view mirror if someone is on your ass.
Extremely stable at highway speeds in strong winds, a lot better than the First Edition sasquatch I had.
Congrats, Brandon! So glad to see all these Broncos make their way home!Picked up on 3/13. Code Orange and had XPEL PPF put on. XPEL stealth on flares. Made easy cleanup after trail run!
Congrats, Chris

! That's a stunning Bronco!
Terrible! What color did you go with? I am wondering if certain colors are more prone to paint defects.Thanks. Unfortunately some of joy of a new vehicle has slightly diminished while detailing the new Bronco Raptor. The paint has some major flaws that obviously made it through quality control.
One section on the rear passenger door is either missing clear coat or not enough paint? Another section in the hood what looks like a pin hole. Also in the rear quarter panel it looks like the paint was applied over dirt.
I'll have the local dealer assess the paint tomorrow.

Nice! Is that AGM? If so, we've basically got the same rig (I didn't get the graphics.) If you don't mind me asking, who are you using for PPF and are you going with matte/satin finish? Finally brought my new Bronco Raptor home this evening. Big relief after a long uncertain process of not knowing if and when it would every get built and if the dealership would treat me right! Big credit to LHM Super Ford. They honored price protection from mid-year price increases and treated me very fair. Overall very happy.
Into the shop for PPF tomorrow and then hopefully some off-road fun this weekend.
Yes, it AGM.
DC Customs in Bountiful is doing my PPF. Going with clear Expel Ultimate 10 on the body (minus tailgate) and satin/stealth on the fenders. Wasn't going to do the fenders originally, but decided to keep feeding the beast. Doing window tint/UV film on the windows as well. I will post some pictures when done and let you know how it turns out.
Right on. Do you mind me asking how much they're charging for all that?Yes, it AGM.

Yes, the dealer discussed the issues with putting PPF over raised graphics. I guess it's a risk or issue I am willing to accept to have protection down the full side. Do you feel the Expel 10 exaggerates the issue and i would have been better off with the thinner film?are you doing PPF over the graphics?
If yes, your installer should point out that this may create an issue.
Well see when I pick it up later this week . No, I was quoted $5,400 for the PPF and $800 for the tint.Right on. Do you mind me asking how much they're charging for all that?
