Not necessarily a Bronco topic, but it will be. Picking up this 70’s Coke dispenser today. Plan to open up the inside, make shelves and remove front under Coke sign and make it glass. Also light the interior. Will fill it with diecast Broncos. Also place some in the bottle slots behing that door. I like the Coke sign, but have tossed around the idea of making one Bronco related and of course backlit. Opinions on my project appreciated. Pic is a pic quickly taken of work phone screen.

Post pix when you're done. Good luck, sounds like a great option.

Picked it up yesterday. Made a quick assessment on my plans. I will post start/progress . Most will forget this post by the time I’m done. Too many projects.

I’m about to begin disassembling this Coke machine. I am trying to come up with a way to recreate the Coke logos on the sides. Perhaps make a stencil/copy before sanding. That will give me a template to hand paint the logo later. I’m fully capable, will work on annything and crafty. But open to suggestions.

Either trace it out on parchment paper, transfer back onto the machine using carbon paper and hand paint it OR get a good straight photo of the side logos, and have a local sign shop recreate them in vinyl to apply after paint. You could also probably have them reverse cut it on some low tack vinyl to use as a stencil if you're set on paint.

Dang we had one of those coke machines in our garage in the 80’s until it got difficult to get the glass bottles. Then my dad converted it to hold beer cans.
