So I was super excited to get my Bronco and start customize it. I love all the light options that are already out on the market, but some of them were completely outrageous in price considering most of them come from China anyway. Rather than pay hundreds or thousands, I decided to take a risk and see if I could do it far cheaper than some of the other options out there.
I got these 40W off-road lights from Alibaba (took a couple months to get here) which I thought looked fantastic. I hooked them all together with male threaded rods (M6) which I got on Amazon. I 3D printed the black spacers that go over the threads and then 3D printed the plastic brackets which holds it in place. I printed it in PETG which is a stronger plastic and weather resistant, I may switch this bracket to CNC'ed aluminum depending how it holds up over time. I had to custom design the bracket to fit around my bull bar, but ultimately I think it turned out looking good. I put two of the lights on a separate switch that way I could run them as fog lights. The lights on Alibaba were around $130 and the other parts were not much, mainly just time designing it and printing.
If people are interested I could do a full write-up on how I did it or even offer 3D printed kits if enough were interested.
