Door windows chipping from door frame contact 2021 Bronco Badlands 2dr

So, I have had my bronco since Nov. 2021 and have just crossed 20K. Drive locally and don't hit anything larger than a speed bump. But this summer when temps rose over 100, I started getting a new issue that I haven't seen on the forums. On both the driver and passenger windows there are scratches made by contacting the door frame when rolled down. They run diagonally for about 4" and have an identical angle raising front to back. O put a hole camera down and can see the bracing with rough metal edges that the windows are hitting. has anyone else had this? also have a few runs up and down like it was scratching off of the support when being lowered or raised. Anyway, the dealer is going to take a look but doubts I will get any help from Ford. Anyone have this issue or success with a remedy? Scratches are on the outside of both windows, there are several different contact points.

Wow, that's weird to see. Have you done the rattle fix, where you realign the windows to the outmost position via the adjustment bolts on the bottom of the doors?

I haven't adjusted them. I have the "normal" rattle when the windows are up, but have never noticed any change in rattle or loudness when they were down. they have always just rattled a bunch. I did take it back to the dealer early on in 2021, and they said the rattles were normal back then.

I don't think anyone has complained about the window rattle when the window is up, that sounds like the issue right there!
