Driver side kick panel removal

Hey all,
I couldn’t find anything about removing the driver side kick panel. Due to the foot rest it just didn’t want to budge and I really didn’t want seriously bust anything. Well I figured out a way to get the kickpanel out while leaving the foot rest in. Just a simple process of busting the welds between the two pieces of plastic, this will allow the kick panel to be reinstalled and you won’t know the difference.

Slip a pry bar between the two pieces of plastic working your way from the bottom to the top and snap the welds.

Do it the right way and remove the bolts. Thats just asking for a rattle.

Ouch man.. damn. There is info all over the place on how to remove it. You just went straight for brute force?
