Driver side window reset.

Last Friday I noticed more wind noise than usual ,stopped for gas and saw the glass was over the top edge of the seal.
I watched a great short video on yt and did the reset,my question is what caused it to go out of sync? Was it something I did or is it a glitch in system? Have yall had this happen frequently? I'm at 7500mi 22 basesquatch.

Mine started doing this as well and after doing the 10 seconds down, up and down again it would correct the problem for a short time. Ford ended up replacing 2 window motors and thus far it hasn’t occurred again
