Can the window close function be easily reset to adjust ?

(My drivers window would seal best if I could back it off a mm or 2)

TIA,

Try the reset procedure...with window fully up press and hold the window down switch and continue to hold for 5 seconds. Release then hold the window up until fully closed and continue to hold for 5 seconds.

I am curious about a fine point of this that i've read some people say needs to be done:

Hold the window switch only to the half-way point and not all the way to the automatic position?

half-way worked for me, but didn't try the automatic position while still holding.

I've repeatedly had to reset my windows. The reset process works, but its a royal p.i.t.a to do over and over again. What causes the calibration to go?

My original attempt was full switch pulls and it didn’t work after several attempts. Then found a YouTube vid that explained not to do the full pull. Next attempt worked.

This was on my ā€˜25 with auto-open/close windows. Not sure if it applies to everyone.

I’ve had to reset my passenger back window at least 3 times. I think it’s just friction. I clean the window glass edges and the seals, and it tends to be fine for a couple of months. I get a lot of dust exposure on my neighborhood road.

I've never had this issue. Maybe because I did the window adjustment linked in this post...

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/window-getting-caught-when-opening-door.24948/post-1172539
I've adjusted my windows and still have had this happen, though only twice since I've had it. Both times the passenger door. First time it un-f**ked itself without me having to reset it. Recently I did the door seal upgrade and about a week later it happened again, only this time it did not resolve itself and I had to do the re-learn procedure. Hopefully it's doesn't keep happening regularly.
