DRL issues

My drls are acting up. One side functions as it should, the other doesn’t. It started after installing the RTR grill, but I’ve pulled the pnp & the problem persist with just the factory harness plugged in. Anyone have any insight?

First photo is parking lights; passenger headlight not working and driver RTR light on low when it should be in High like the passenger side.

Second photo is headlights; everything working properly, both headlights on and RTR lights on low.

Did you check all the connections to make sure they aren't fried.

UPDATE:

When it’s the stock lights plugged in with no RTR everything works properly, no issues.

It seems the issue is only happening on the driver side when the RTR lights are connected.

When the parking lights are on the driver headlight is on (shouldn’t be) and the driver RTR is on low when it should be on high.

When headlights are on for night driving everything acts properly with RTR plugged in. No issues here, only with the parking light setting.

I’ve plugged and unplugged the RTR connector on the driver side multiple times with the same issue.

This just started happening with mine today. RTR was installed about two weeks ago. Exact same situation that you posted. Any resolutions to this?

A buddy of mi e has a First Edition and has the same problem out of the same headlight as you. Ford replaced it under warranty.

So, after about 10 days of working improperly it just started magically working and hasn’t had issues since then.
