Who is attending? I heard the trip is sold out. Check in and chat here. Get to know the cohort. Discuss prep. Early, I know, but my prep work has me excited.

I tried to get some local buddies to join. No go. They are largely and unjustifiably afraid of violent crime in Baja. There are multiple US cities less safe than Baja...

I tried to get my Brother to join for the "full pull" trip to Cabo. The most he would do was the half, which was probably a good decision, so here we are signed up. I'm definitely excited for some Bro time as he lives far away in Alaska.

@EXO Bronco , chime in as well.

My prep consists of new lights (done), a new radio (mostly done) and some roof rack mounted Rotopax (parts all in hand).

Wanted to, but our dog sitter couldn’t make those dates. Going on the Bronco Loreto Run in May. Been on a lot of EXO Runs, only thing I can give you some advice on is the roof rack. Seen a lot of them shear off the front mounting bolts due to terrain / g-outs, and typical body flex.

You’ll have the time of your life! Baja is safe and a lot of fun. I usually do about 4 trips a season with EXO, great group!

Interesting, how many failures there have you seen? Is it the studs are plates holding them down? Those front bolts, both their diameter and attachment seem very svelte for the application. I'll (obviously) not be running the RTT. The only thing up top will be 2 3 gal Rotopax with fuel.

Don’t remember the exact number, but at least 3. It’s probably due to body flex, g-outs, terrain changes. From the flexing, the front bolts on the windshield frame shear. It isn’t that big a deal, if it happens, they will remove the rack and stick it on the trailer.
