I think any of the "proposed" FE interiors will look ridiculous with this red. I am OK with the ALL brown or all Black, but I think the combo together is atrocious... i am praying for all black leather interior.

Good God please something other than the “proposed” ones.
Everyone loved the saddle/black interior that ended up just being misleading.
At least just a simple black interior. Nothing fancy. It’s all we’re Asking for our $65k vehicles.

I just reserved a Wildtrak as a backup vehicle. To many variables with FE pricing and having only Navy Pier leather. My thoughts are If I can option out a Wildtrak exactly like a FE for about the same price, I'll be in good shape. If my FE dealer plays games and hits me at MSRP or over I'll go to Wildtrak dealer which has already said he'll do XPlan on it. Or if Navy Pier is only interior I move over to Wildtrak. As far as I can tell the stablizer bar disconnect is the only thing I can't get on the Wildtrak. I don't rock climb so careless about that option. Plus the Wildtrak will gives more interior and exterior choices. This is just my back up plan, hopefully we can get interior choices on FE and hopefully the FE dealer won't play pricing games. But for a $100 (refundable) Wildtrak reservation I'm sleeping good at night.

Is that the equivalent of 3M or SunTek clear bra material? I was thinking of putting that on my vehicle as I've used it in the past. I live in CO and get a TON of rock chips so I always put that on to protect my vehicles.
Yes. Self-healing and very durable.

Tho I still dont think its worth $65k Ive decided ill probably just go with my FE reservation. The whole car market is crazy these days and Im guessing a specced out OBX will be $50k+ anyway. May as well get the big dawg. This is my new daily and I plan to keep it 6-7 years. YOLO right.

Hoping I can get Area51 w/ roast/black tho I would have preferred Velocity Blue.

Ive been told that I can get the same $1000 under invoice by my new buddies over at Granger so now I just have to get my reservation transferred there.

Probably could be sold for double or triple out of the gate, or sell to some Saudi Oil Shiek..
I don’t see anyone paying $130k for a bronco. Unless it was the very 1st off the line and that’s still a maybe. I hope I’m wrong because I would sell mine in a heart beat and buy a loaded wildtrak with the profit.

That would be nice, count me in if anyone wants mine after yours sells. Lol. But I just don't see it happening on our FEs. Basically they're just a fully loaded Bronco that you can option out a Wildtrak or Badlands to. If it was a unique paint color with special badging, special interior or even special striping you might be able to get over MSRP. I bought a few special Edition Indian motorcycle. Paid about $6k to $8k more than a normal one. They are numbered bike of 150, special paint and badges. Today I might be able to get a 2k more than a normal one. Not a good investment IMO. Maybe in 50 - 60 years if kept in great condition my grandkids can make some money on it
I hope I'm wrong and they're a numbered vehicle with alot of specialty equipment and interior. After all it does say unique interior what ever that means.

Yeah I think the only value would them being out earlier than anything else as it's been said they will be made first. So that would be short lived value.

I have no doubt there will be another "edition" soon after with the same or close options.

True that. 2022 Second Edition, 2023 Third Edition, 4E, 5E, etc, etc. Lol

They'll be an option or two that you can't get trying to mimic a FE. Can't get away bar disconnect on Wildtrak for example.

But good idea reserving a backup. I reserved a Badlands also.

Ford has already said you don’t have to choose the trim you reserve. I reserved a first edition but if it’s marked up because it’s a first edition I will change to something else. This is just a spot in line. You pick what you want at time of order. Now changing to another trim probably means a delayed delivery since we are assuming first edition will come first. Who knows.

Roast/black is offered in both Cloth and in Leather trimmed vinyl; from the decoded leak:

Cloth Seats with Roast/Black
Leather-Trimmed/Vinyl Seats with Roast/Black
You’re on the FE thread. This isn’t correct.
