Fitcam X question

Installed the Fitcam X today. Super easy.
What I’m struggling with is it seems that either the camera is connected or Apple Car Play.
Could this be correct?
anyone have any insight, I’d appreciate it.

If I'm understanding your question, you're having trouble with your phone connection to your bronco because its connecting to the fixcamx instead?

Thanks for the get back. I figured it out. You lose CarPlay when u connect phone to camera only. In regular record mode no need to connect phone.
What a great, simple install 4K camera.
